(Reset + Hair Treatment)

Tray: Essential oil, Refine Mixture, 2 x Scalp Cleansers, Hair Mask, Massage oil, Essence (scalp serum), Hand cream, Display Candle
Tools/Machine: 2x Paddle Brush, Bojin Tool, Hand Massage Gloves, Eye Mask, O2 Jet spray

Steps:

Prep
a) Assist client to wear robe, get seated & cover with blanket
New client: Introduce yourself and explain treatment steps up to head massage

1. Sitting Position: Let client inhale Essential Oil.
   Inform client of the chair recline to 160° angle.
2. a) Use warm wet wipe to cleanse the neck, chest & shoulder.
   b) Start from chest: spread massage oil and perform lymphatic drainage massage and shoulder massage.
   Cover the client’s chest with towel.
3. Perform hair brushing with paddle brush.
4. Perform Bojin scalp massage with tool.
5. Apply refining mixture (scalp exfoliant).
6. Perform scalp massage with hands.
7. Use O2 water jet peel at slow speed to spray onto scalp.
   Prepare client for chair lift to 120° and set up basin.
8. Massage hands and apply hand mask.
   Offer client eye mask.
   Set up basin — prepare client for chair recline.
9. a) 1st hair wash with co-cleanser.
   b) 2nd hair wash with scalp cleanser; rinse off thoroughly.
   c) Apply hair mask; follow with rinse off.
   Continue with specific hair treatment (resume from step 7 as needed).
